STRIVE is a global clinical research consortium that aims to improve clinical outcomes for patients with infections while preparing to respond to health emergencies related to infectious diseases, through the rapid implementation of clinical trials to inform practice guidelines, public health policy and healthcare delivery.
STRIVE is composed of 300 clinical sites in 44 countries across 6 continents coordinated via 9 ICCs responsible for conducting the platform study, the University of Minnesota Statistical Data Management Center (SDMC), individuals from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS), and the STRIVE Community Advisory Board.
