Annual PREVAC-UP Meeting

📢 Annual PREVAC-UP Meeting – Monrovia, Liberia | 26–27 May 2025

EUCLID CTU’s representatives are in Monrovia, Liberia on 26 and 27 May 2025 to take part in the final annual meeting of the EDCTP3 PREVAC-UP project.

This important hybrid event brings together leading researchers, public health experts and partners from West Africa, Europe and USA, involved in the project.

The meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss the preliminary M60 results of the PREVAC trial, which analysis of was conducted by EUCLID’s team, and evaluating the long-term safety and immunogenicity of Ebola vaccine strategies in adults and children in Guinea, Liberia, Mali, and Sierra Leone.

This gathering highlights the continued commitment of all partners to advancing collaborative, high-quality research in the field of global health and epidemic preparedness for about a decade from the first discussions to form the consortium to conduct PREVAC trial, in the midst of the 2014 deadly EBOLA outbreak in West Africa.
